EXCHANGES

Sesa Studios offers exchange only.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.

To request an exchange, follow the instructions included with your order and email support@sesastudios.com with your order number and return tracking once shipped.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
